Lakethorne Group Services have successfully made the transition from IS0 2008 to the new 2015 standards, for the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) & ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS).
To receive these internationally recognised certificates, organisations must demonstrate their ability to consistently provide a service that meets clients’ statutory and regulatory requirements and show they are committed to enhancing customer satisfaction through continued improvement.
Lakethorne engages the services of Alcumus one of the UK’s leading UKAS Accredited, Certification and Auditing bodies. This means that our ISO systems are independently audited every 6 months to ensure full compliance and we act on any recommendations for improvements or efficiencies that are made, which will benefit our business operation and subsequently our clients.
James Bennett Managing Director of Lakethorne Group Services said,
“We are dedicated to meeting the needs of our clients and do so whilst adhering to the highest standards. The ISO accreditations are respected world-wide and give our clients peace of mind that their service partner shares the same common values of Quality and Environmental awareness as they do. We are therefore delighted that we have successfully transitioned to the new standard and believe this demonstrates our commitment to providing a quality focused service, whilst at the same time being environmentally conscious of our activities.”
